TSG France, part of the European leader in technical services for sustainable transport, designs, builds and maintains energy distribution infrastructure—EV charging, LPG/LNG, hydrogen, biofuels—and employs over 1,100 people across 30 countries. Faced with inefficient Excel-based planning and, during the COVID-19 shutdown, the urgent need to restart work on 1,200 sites with remote supervisors, TSG needed a single, flexible tool to centralize data, coordinate teams and suppliers, and assign tasks based on real-time availability.

TSG implemented the Visual Planning SaaS solution (in use since 2010, with 180+ users and a decade-long partnership), which consolidated project plans, resource availability and collaboration in one platform. The tool enabled managers to handle human and material resources for large crews and subcontractors, eliminate Excel spreadsheets, improve productivity and collaboration, and centralize large volumes of operational data for better project monitoring.
