SNCF Réseau’s Topographic Analysis and Techniques (ATT) division needed a fast, agile way to replace paper calendars and magnets with a centralized planning system to track people, vehicles and equipment across nationwide sites. The main challenges were gaining real-time visibility and traceability of interventions, improving monitoring and schedule distribution, and optimizing resource allocation for complex, mobile teams.
