TE Connectivity, a global technology leader serving Transportation, Communications, and Industrial Solutions, needed to capture and transfer institutional (tribal) knowledge across more than 100 manufacturing and engineering centers and roughly 80,000 employees to improve quality, productivity, and reduce dependence on individual expertise. To digitize its factories and standardize processes, TE Connectivity selected Visual Knowledge Share Ltd’s VKS work instruction software.

Visual Knowledge Share Ltd deployed VKS as an on‑premises/browser-accessible solution with features such as Instant Translation, Conditional Jump logic, Access Control/Approval Groups, and traceability, rolling the system out across TE plants in Europe, the U.S., and Mexico. The implementation allowed TE Connectivity to capture and standardize best practices, share translated guides across sites in minutes, avoid costly software complexity at a Polish site, achieve rapid shop‑floor adoption with minimal training, and measurably improve knowledge management, quality, and productivity across its global manufacturing footprint.
