Virtual Manufacturing, a Swedish consulting company with four divisions including Lean Manufacturing Products, wanted a better way to explain and sell its shooter wagons, a gravity-flow material handling solution. The team needed a simple, mobile-friendly way to help sales staff clearly demonstrate how the product works and why it is valuable to prospective customers. They evaluated the Visual Components Experience app as the tool to support this need.

Using Visual Components, Virtual Manufacturing created an interactive 3D simulation that shows the shooter wagon’s loading, docking, and automatic box transfer process in a realistic material-handling scenario. The result gave the LMP sales team a much clearer and more convincing sales tool they could use on mobile devices at customer visits, trade shows, and fairs, helping position Virtual Manufacturing as a provider of market-leading demo technology and making the product easier for customers to understand.
