Erowa, a Swiss company that develops and distributes manufacturing technology for the chip-cutting metal industry, needed a faster way to create and present production system layouts to customers. Before using Visual Components, the team relied on 2D layouts or spent days producing and rendering 3D proposals.

Visual Components provided 3D simulation tools, a custom Erowa model library, and the “Erowa Machine Wizard” for importing Cinema4D models into the software. With Visual Components, Erowa can now produce still-image 3D layouts in about 30 minutes and animated layouts in around four hours, helping them create more proposals, reduce back-and-forth changes, and save significant time in the presales phase.
