Case Study: U.S. Bankruptcy Courts achieve stronger network security and reporting with Visual Click Software

A Visual Click Software Case Study

U.S. Bankruptcy Courts Rely on Visual Click Products to Secure Networks

The US Bankruptcy Court faced network security and reporting challenges as it prepared for a building move, including the need to block inappropriate downloads, document user rights, and replace manual time-sheet tracking with a more reliable process. It also needed better file management and visibility into access and file activity, which led the court to evaluate Visual Click Software products.

Visual Click Software implemented DSMETER for NetWare and DSRAZOR for eDirectory, giving the court automated reporting, LDAP queries, password policy management, file tracking, and login/logout time-sheet reporting. The results included faster reporting, stronger security, and better network control; the Arizona court cut report creation from about an hour to less than a minute, while Hawaii used automated login/logout reports to simplify biweekly time-sheet review and improve oversight.
