Midwest Heart Specialists Group, a 500-employee cardiovascular practice with more than a dozen offices, struggled with disorganized Active Directory and a corporate directory that had to be updated manually by IT. The company needed a standard way to enter employee data and a secure way for HR to handle routine changes without full Active Directory access. The result was a standardized directory with accurate, uniform phone numbers, addresses, and job titles, reduced duplicate effort, and freed IT staff for higher-value work. Midwest Heart Specialists Group also gained a custom web application for fast employee searches, improving communication and collaboration across the organization.
