The Visual Agency was engaged by GS1 Italy, which is the authorized issuer of barcodes in Italy. The client's challenge was to effectively illustrate and communicate the 60 different logistics solutions adopted by 21 companies to ensure business continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic to all of its stakeholders.

The Visual Agency designed an interactive and easily explorable circular dendrogram map. This adaptable solution organized the solutions into categories and subcategories, allowing for filtering and providing an effective communication tool for stakeholders across different devices. The result was the creation of the Tree of Business Continuity Solutions, which effectively catalogued the logistics measures and created a common heritage for the future of the FMCG sector.
