Two Utility Company — representing two utilities that together serve over 23 million consumers — faced fragmented, home-grown systems for construction and maintenance and needed to implement SAP ERP to streamline processes, integrate systems, and modernize field operations. VistaVu Solutions was engaged as the lead system integrator to deploy an integrated mobile field solution using Adobe Forms with the ClickSoftware mobile scheduler, tying mobile data into the new SAP environment.

VistaVu Solutions designed, built, and integrated nine mobile Adobe Forms (including an As‑Built Smart Form) with ClickSoftware and SAP, delivering pre‑populated fields, automated form generation, form consolidation, validation, and attachment delivery. The integrated solution reduced duplicate data entry, improved data integrity by centralizing information company‑wide, automated job‑ and crew‑specific form handling, and enabled more efficient project scheduling with fewer defect cycles and testing.
