Reliance Communications, a national distributor of wireless devices and accessories, needed better product tracking and inventory controls to ensure accurate stock levels and timely deliveries. They partnered with VistaVu Solutions and adopted SAP Business One along with VistaVu’s Resolv supply chain and warehouse management solution to address these challenges.

VistaVu Solutions implemented Resolv integrated with SAP Business One, adding 2D bar-coding, robust warehouse workflows and automated PDF invoicing, and cut over to the new system in one weekend with no business disruption. As a result, Reliance reduced order errors to less than 0.1%, billed more than $1 million the second day after launch, and shipped over 1.5 million smartphones in the first month while streamlining receiving and high-volume shipping processes.
