VistaVu Solutions implemented FieldVu, migrating asset, contractor and transaction data and working onsite to align workflows across departments. The implementation automated Oceanscan’s rental billing and invoicing, cutting invoice processing from 21 days to nine, eliminated manual entry of 400–700 invoices per month, and made the sales team 45% more efficient through better visibility of available assets — outcomes that immediately improved finance, warehouse and sales operations while enabling ongoing optimization and IoT and reporting initiatives.
