Distributor Gains Critical Visibility into Supply Chain Through SAP Business One and Resolv

BrandTech, a 60-employee distributor of lab equipment, struggled with an outdated system that couldn’t provide real-time supply chain visibility, accurate inventory reporting, or reliable ETAs, causing slow receiving processes and poor customer communication. To modernize their operations, BrandTech engaged VistaVu Solutions to implement SAP Business One with the Resolv suite.

VistaVu Solutions deployed Resolv’s integrated logistics and warehouse modules (including Container Management, freight/shipping integrations and other Resolv tools) within SAP Business One, eliminating much of BrandTech’s manual entry and enabling immediate inventory updates. As a result, BrandTech now delivers real-time updates and better ETAs to customers and has significantly increased container shipments and product receipts each month, noticeably improving supply chain responsiveness and customer experience.
