Timik Medical moves their logistics processes to the cloud

Timik Group AB (Timik Medical) is a Nordic medical technology company operating across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway. As the business grew, it needed to modernize and streamline finance and logistics processes across borders, with a particular challenge around complex warehouse and goods flow management. After evaluating several suppliers, the company chose Visma and its cloud-based ERP offering, including Visma.net Financials and Visma.net Logistics.

Visma implemented a hybrid ERP setup that moved Sweden, Finland, and the parent company to the cloud while Norway continued on Visma Global ERP, with a goal of fully moving the company to the cloud. The new solution automated internal processes, improved efficiency, and gave Timik Group AB full control over goods flow and warehouses. As a result, the company became better prepared for growth in volume without increasing administrative headcount, supporting its expansion from around €10 million toward a target of €45 million.
