Anaheim Police Department Utilizes IP Video to Keep Officers Informed

The Anaheim Police Department needed a mission-critical way to deliver imagery from police aircraft cameras to officers and commanders on the ground. In response to an RFP, the department selected Vislink Technologies, which provided a microwave downlink system built around a diversity receive system and Vislink Media Server (VMS) to stream airborne video securely.

Vislink Technologies implemented the solution so authorized personnel could log in over wired or wireless connections and view live IP video from the downlink site.
