Parker Hannifin, a global manufacturer of motion and control technologies, needed a more engaging way to inform employees at its Mayfield Heights headquarters—making organizational news, daily events and meeting-room schedules more visible and entertaining than email across multiple public spaces.

They deployed AxisTV digital signage with five media players driving screens in the lobby, amphitheater and cafeteria. AV assistant Brian McCollum produces video series and daily bulletins (edited in Final Cut Pro and layered in Photoshop), imports event data from Lotus Notes, and uploads content to AxisTV; the result is more dynamic, easily updated communications, better visibility of events and schedules, and plans to expand displays and software features.
