OneAmerica - Customer Case Study

OneAmerica, a decentralized Indianapolis-based financial services company with additional offices in Fargo and Marblehead, needed a modern way to deliver mission-driven, timely and targeted communications to a geographically and culturally diverse workforce. With multiple buildings and audiences to reach, internal campaigns and event attendance had been inconsistent and hard to coordinate across locations.

They implemented Visix AxisTV digital signage to run branded slides, tickers, video and live cable feeds as an internal TV channel ("ChannelOneAmerica") across 12 displays and multiple players. The system integrated easily with existing infrastructure, proved low-effort and user-friendly, and drove measurable impact: United Way participation rose from about 30% to 50%, volunteer recruitment for the company’s mini-marathon was boosted, benefits enrollment meetings filled to standing-room-only, and the company plans to expand targeted content and audio enhancements.
