A Visix Case Study
Highland Park Presbyterian Church, a nearly 80-year-old congregation in the Dallas area, needed a better way to share a consistent message across its large campus. Relying on dozens of printed posters was time-consuming and expensive, so the communications team looked for a scalable solution to support their “Build Community” goal.
In 2010 they deployed Visix AxisTV digital signage — 14 displays plus four gym projectors — and feed JPEG bulletins designed in Photoshop with a ticker to what they call “The Loop.” The system delivers consistent branding across displays, email, the website and printed materials, reaches up to 3,000 people on Sundays, simplifies content creation and presentation, and freed the team to focus on improving the website and creating iconic images.
