The University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education Conference Center and Hotel, a large facility with 200 guest rooms, dozens of meeting spaces and two auditoriums, needed a better way to show who was meeting where. Manually printing and posting schedules was time-consuming and error-prone, so the center looked for a real-time, easy-to-manage alternative.

They deployed AxisTV digital signage, using its built-in text-import to pull schedules automatically from the in‑house scheduler and display them across 33 room monitors and several large entrance screens (plus an in‑room hotel channel). The system centralized content on servers and nine players, supports multiple windows (events, live TV, weather) and custom backgrounds, cut manual work, fit the budget, and now reliably updates displays without extra coding or daily intervention.
