Be'eri Printers, founded in 1950 and based in Kibutz Be’eri, Israel, is a leading provider of advanced mailing and printing services, including security printing. Because the company relies heavily on Microsoft Exchange for internal and external communications, any Exchange downtime — from maintenance, hardware failures or other disruptions — posed a serious risk to day-to-day operations, and not all high-availability products fully supported Exchange.

In 2011 Be’eri deployed Double-Take Availability with partner Singular to replicate Exchange data from the primary server to a backup (including physical-to-virtual replication) on Dell servers running Windows Server 2008. The solution’s one-click failover enabled a rapid switchover during a trial-day crash, keeping user downtime minimal; it now provides a real-time hot backup, high availability at low cost, and easy administration.
