Woods Electric, a family-owned electrical contractor founded in 1975 and grown to 50 electricians, needed an easy-to-use estimating solution to move from primarily T&M work to competitive bidding for general contractors. After struggling with a costly, poorly supported Estimation Program, owner Ralph Woods evaluated vendors at a trade show and selected Vision InfoSoft when Brian Hoffelder from Vision InfoSoft quickly built a real-life bid in their Electrical Bid Manager (EBM) during the demo, proving the product met their needs.

Vision InfoSoft implemented EBM (and integrated EPIC), provided hands-on training, and delivered rapid support so Woods had the software up and running the next day. As a result, four staff now use the system (three daily), Woods wins hospital and other bids consistently, and their estimating process is faster and more reliable — outcomes the company directly attributes to Vision InfoSoft’s software and support.
