HSE mobilizes over 2 million COVID vaccinations with VISION Consulting

The Health Service Executive (HSE) faced the immense challenge of rapidly and equitably rolling out COVID-19 vaccinations through Ireland's network of GPs and pharmacies, which would account for a third of the national effort. This approach successfully coordinated the administration of over two million vaccine doses. The program drastically reduced daily calls from GPs from hundreds to nearly zero within weeks and played a significant role in Ireland's globally successful vaccine rollout.
