BNP Paribas worked with VISION Consulting to redesign its global Hedge Fund Services business into a more efficient profit centre. The bank needed help defining a technology strategy, stabilising fragmented core platforms, and shifting sales and service toward digital channels while improving scalability and lowering operating costs.

VISION Consulting developed and aligned the technology strategy with senior leaders in Paris, upgraded core systems including GENEVA, MultiFund, and KOGER, and built a fund manager self-service platform. The vendor also created a simplified operating model, established Europe’s first HFS Innovation Center, and delivered the self-service platform in three months and in half the forecast time, with no post-live defects and minimal disruption to business-as-usual.
