Inari, a technology/agriculture company, needed to modernize its merit cycle and improve pay decision-making by eliminating versioning problems, integration issues, and the manual work of compiling spreadsheets. Using Visier’s Smart Compensation, Inari wanted a more streamlined, guided process that would give managers real-time visibility into compensation decisions.
Visier implemented Smart Compensation to automate the merit process and provide easy-to-use budget and impact analysis tools for managers and HR. The result was simpler administration, better collaboration across teams, and greater transparency with Finance, which could access compensation data directly; Inari also reported 42 users of Smart Compensation.
