Experian, a global leader in credit reporting and data services with over 17,000 employees across 37 countries, needed to move HR from Excel-based reporting to a consistent, insight-led people analytics capability. The key challenges were securing leader buy-in, defining and aligning 15–20 global workforce metrics, engaging HR business partners as champions, and integrating multiple data sources to replace static lists and manual reporting.
The analytics team did extensive pre-work to define metrics, build global alignment, and pilot with HR champions, then chose Visier for its HR-focused, out-of-the-box content and executed a big‑bang rollout to 400 HR users with targeted training and phased data integrations. The result: faster, self-service workforce insights, stronger HR credibility as the source of truth, capacity for predictive analytics and organizational design work, and a two‑percent global reduction in voluntary turnover.
