ReThink Health analyzes 5 community networks with Visible Network Labs

ReThink Health, an initiative of the Rippel Foundation, sought to understand the dynamics of systems change and collaboration within five community partner networks working to improve health and well-being. Their challenge was to learn what it takes to equitably shift these systems by analyzing factors like trust, decision-making processes, and constraints. They partnered with vendor Visible Network Labs and used its PARTNER community partner relationship management system (CPRM) to conduct this analysis.

Visible Network Labs implemented a customized network analysis by administering tailored surveys to each community network to collect data on their partnerships and perceptions. This solution provided visual network maps and reports that revealed key insights, such as identifying missing community partners and misalignments between core and peripheral members. As a result, each network was able to develop specific action items to improve their collaborative strategies. The ongoing data collection allows ReThink Health to track the evolution of these networks over time, generating continued insights into the factors that drive successful systems change.
