IZIVIA manages 30,000 charging stations with VISEO and Salesforce

IZIVIA, an EDF subsidiary and a leader in electric mobility, faced significant challenges in maintaining its rapidly expanding network of over 30,000 EV charging stations. The company needed to move from traditional maintenance operations to an agile, digital system to keep up with exponential growth, manage diverse equipment, and maintain a high level of service. To address this, IZIVIA partnered with VISEO to undertake a complete transformation of its computer-aided maintenance operations (CMMS).

VISEO implemented a modern, data-driven solution leveraging the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Field Service. This provided a seamless integration of all users and processes, replacing an obsolete tool and making the information system more adaptable and scalable. The project laid the foundation for intelligent, AI-assisted maintenance and was supported by comprehensive change management. As a result, IZIVIA is now equipped with a unified, performance-driven system focused on customer satisfaction and is paving the way for future innovation in its field operations.
