Zalora, the leading online fashion retailer in Southeast Asia, needed to improve product search and navigation because its large catalog of more than 3,000 brands made it difficult for shoppers to find items and led some to leave before purchasing. To address this challenge, Zalora worked with ViSenze and used its search product by image capability to make shopping easier.

ViSenze enabled Zalora customers to search using images, screenshots, and social media posts through ViSenze Smart Search. The solution improved the shopping experience, increased engagement, and reduced cart abandonment, while being deployed on scalable AWS infrastructure including EC2, EKS, S3, and Lambda.
