To address this, UNIQLO implemented ViSenze’s Search by Image and visually similar product recommendations so customers — including in-store shoppers — can search using photos and instantly find matching catalog items. Deployed on AWS (EC2, EKS, DynamoDB) for scalable AI/ML performance, the solution delivered a seamless visual search experience to millions of online shoppers, improving discovery and engagement.
