JATO Dynamics partnered with Virtuoso to support a major modernisation effort, rebuilding its core vehicle intelligence platform as a web application. With the back end and front end developed separately, no reusable user journeys, limited time, and minimal automation expertise, JATO needed a way to start testing early and keep pace with rapid change.

Using Virtuoso’s easy-to-use test automation platform, JATO built automation from wireframes and user flows before the application was finished, enabling true shift-left testing and mobile execution without frameworks or infrastructure. Virtuoso helped JATO reach 100% of in-scope user journeys automated before code was written, achieve in-sprint automation in one sprint, onboard the team in two days, and execute 25 end-to-end flows in just 5 minutes, with 400+ journey executions and 21 snapshots supporting visual regression insight.
