Redstone Federal Credit Union, the largest member-owned financial institution in Alabama/Tennessee, wanted a better way for members to store, organize, and share important documents securely while improving convenience and reducing reliance on email for sensitive file transfers. To address this challenge, Redstone turned to Virtual StrongBox and its My Virtual StrongBox product as part of a broader eServices rollout.

Virtual StrongBox helped Redstone Federal Credit Union launch My Virtual StrongBox to members, integrate it into online banking, mobile, and teller workflows, and promote it through a multi-channel marketing campaign. The results were strong: within a year, more than 40,000 of 130,000 online banking users were actively using the service, and Redstone later increased storage from 25 MB to 125 MB per user to support even broader adoption and document-sharing efficiency.
