Biggin Hill Airport, a major private jet hub, partnered with Virtual Reality Experiences to implement innovative VR leadership training for its senior managers and heads of department. The challenge was to examine and develop leadership capabilities across all key airport departments through an engaging and effective method.

Virtual Reality Experiences designed and delivered a custom VR leadership training program. The solution involved a series of fast-paced, sci-fi themed simulations where participants took turns leading their teams, followed by immediate peer feedback and review sessions. This process, which leveraged the disinhibiting effect of VR to reveal true behaviors, accelerated learning and provided excellent insights for all participants.
