Constellation, a leading national supplier of retail power, natural gas, renewable energy, and energy management services, wanted to improve the customer experience across a large, nationwide audience of residential, public sector, and business customers. The company needed a rewards platform that could deliver requests quickly, offer plenty of reward choices, and provide better reporting and measurement capabilities. To address this challenge, Constellation worked with Virtual Incentives.

Virtual Incentives implemented a digital rewards platform using its GiftCard PASS and Visa virtual accounts, integrated directly into Constellation’s systems. The solution supported customer campaigns and consumer promotions with both open- and closed-loop rewards for behaviors like acquisition, retention, referrals, auto bill pay, and paperless billing. As a result, Constellation gained on-the-spot reward delivery, easier integration, stronger customer loyalty support, and improved tracking and reporting to measure program appeal.
