Arla Foods engages 1300+ users with Virtual Force's sentiment analyzer

Arla Foods challenged Virtual Force to increase time-on-market for its Puck brand and become a first adopter of experiential technology for a Mother's Day campaign. The goal was to create a novel application that would encourage participants to express their love for their mothers using a newly introduced sentiment analysis platform.

Virtual Force designed a web application portal utilizing the IBM Watson engine for speech, text, and tone analysis. The solution included an interactive booth where users could record video messages and see a real-time analysis of their sentiment. This campaign actively engaged over 1,300 users across four locations, successfully generating user-branded videos and providing Arla Foods with valuable consumer data and social media insights for future marketing.
