United Trust Bank, a UK secured lending bank, needed a cost-effective document and records management system to handle daily workflow, security, and the large volume of paper associated with deposits, bridging finance, and property development finance. To support this, the bank selected Virtual Cabinet’s document management software after reviewing the market as part of a broader banking system upgrade.

Virtual Cabinet implemented a new DMS that integrated with UTB’s core systems and provided a smoother migration from the previous platform.
