Silver Levene, the UK’s largest ACCA accountancy practice, needed a tried-and-tested document management system that would continue to be developed in the future and integrate with its existing CCH practice software. The firm also wanted faster document handling and stronger security than its legacy system could provide. Virtual Cabinet was selected to meet these requirements.

Virtual Cabinet implemented its document management system for Silver Levene, with a planned rollout to 120 users. The solution delivered faster searching and document retrieval, standard email indexing, improved visibility of in-trays, and added backup plus end-to-end encryption through the document portal. Silver Levene reported a smooth migration and said Virtual Cabinet was much faster than the old system.
