A Virtual Cabinet Case Study
Milsted Langdon, a sixteen-partner accountancy firm with three offices in the South West, needed a better way to manage data and give staff access to client files wherever they were working. They selected Virtual Cabinet’s document management system to help streamline information handling and improve efficiency across 160 users.
Virtual Cabinet implemented the system in a phased rollout, starting with the Financial Services arm, and handled the implementation without requiring in-house programming from Milsted Langdon. The firm reported improved flexibility, secure client communication, electronic document sign-off, and strong early adoption, with users praising the ability to take files on iPads and saying the implementation and technical support have been excellent.
