Active-Fit Increased Revenue with NEO Health Wearables

Active‑Fit is a health club in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands, that coaches members across four pillars of wellness: nutrition, hydration, exercise and sleep. With 500–1,000 members, founder Jeroen Zuidema needed a way to monitor progress beyond gym workouts, but existing mixed-brand wearables created administrative headaches, poor member tracking and almost no margin on device sales.

By adopting NEO Health wearables integrated with Active‑Fit’s branded Virtuagym app, the club began selling affordable devices that sync body composition (Onyx), activity and heart‑rate data (GO) directly into its coaching platform. The integration improved coaching quality and member engagement, NEO Health products became the club’s top-selling merchandise, and average revenue per client rose by over 10% in four months—enabling expansion into schools, companies and other larger clients.
