WealthForge Strengthens Trustworthy Communications and SEC Compliance with Virtru

WealthForge, a finance company that provides technology solutions for alternative securities, needed a better way to send sensitive financial information while staying compliant with SEC requirements. Its previous email encryption setup caused complaints about messages landing in junk folders, and the company needed a solution that could protect communications without disrupting delivery.

WealthForge implemented Virtru Data Protection Gateway and Virtru for Gmail to encrypt and decrypt secure email while archiving plaintext copies for SEC compliance and reporting. With Virtru, the company said delivery improved, confidentiality and reliability were strengthened, and the switch saved thousands of dollars; Jankowski also noted the prior solution was about twice as expensive as Virtru, making the move a 50% cost savings.
