Tribeca Pediatrics, a general care practice with more than 40 clinics across New York City and New Jersey, needed a unified way to communicate quickly and securely with parents while staying compliant with HIPAA. The team said the workflow was frictionless, easier to manage at scale, and helped reduce risk by limiting external email and protecting children’s health information whenever it left the organization.
