Case Study: NoA Ignite achieves rapid, scalable digitization of team-wear ordering in 5 weeks with Virto Commerce

A Virto Commerce Case Study

Preview of the NoA Ignite Case Study

NoA Ignite and Virto Commerce digitized the process of ordering clothes for a large event

NoA Ignite partnered with a global non-profit client to digitize the manual process of ordering team wear for large events, under an immovable deadline. To meet strict security, measurement and multi-device usability requirements without forcing guests to create accounts, NoA Ignite selected Virto Commerce’s API-based .NET ecommerce platform as the back-end foundation and built a responsive front-end for attendees to take measurements and place orders. The biggest challenge was delivering a working production-ready MVP in just five weeks.

Using agile practices, NoA Ignite implemented a Virto Commerce–based solution that handled product catalog configuration, invitation workflows, order tracking and integration with the client’s systems, while a responsive front end guided users through measurements and ordering. Delivered in five weeks, the MVP enabled invitations, saved measurements, order submission to the manufacturer, progress monitoring and reminder emails; it replaced a manual process, sped up delivery, and scaled from 200 initial users to nearly 2,000 at the main event—demonstrating Virto Commerce’s flexible, API-driven architecture and rapid time-to-value.
