KW Parts launches Cadillac Europe B2C storefront in 3 months with Virto Commerce

KW Parts, a leading European distributor of American auto parts, faced the challenge of modernizing its ecommerce architecture to support its existing B2B business and a new B2C venture for Cadillac Europe. Partnering with Virto Commerce and integrator Mardi Gras, the company needed a scalable, headless platform to manage over four million products across 30 countries and prepare for General Motors' expansion of its electric vehicle portfolio.

Virto Commerce implemented a headless, modular platform that created distinct storefronts for both business models. The solution featured seamless ERP integration, sub-second search across the massive catalog, and a centralized payment system. As a result, the Cadillac Europe B2C store was launched just three months after design approval. Virto Commerce provided the foundation for KW Parts to streamline operations and scale for future growth.
