Virto Commerce delivered an integrated solution with custom payment handling and alerts, targeted discounts and multi‑rule price lists, bulk order creation and event‑based notifications, plus real‑time order, payment and AR visibility for staff. The site launched in 10 months and, since implementing the Virto Commerce solution in 2020, RB&H has recorded an 11% increase in online sales year‑over‑year; customers can now manage orders 24/7 and the team continues to add features in monthly Agile sprints.
