Heineken set out to digitise its routes to market as part of its Evergreen Strategy, aiming to own customer transactions and build future-fit B2B channels across its global footprint. The rollout powered 15 countries, drove 8x growth in Heineken’s digital footprint, 10x growth in online transactions (totaling €485M in online transactions), 370K users, and reduced implementation cost by 65% (with smaller markets launching at ~35% of initial cost). Virto Commerce’s solution improved CX, increased outlet coverage, enabled personalised promotions and larger baskets, and accelerated Heineken’s digital revenue ambitions.
