A Virto Commerce Case Study
Hengdeli, an international retailer of brand watches and accessories, faced time-consuming, manual management of inventory, promotions and products across channels (including Tmall) and manual order imports into SAP. To simplify configuration and enable easier integrations with SAP and multiple sales channels, Hengdeli chose Virto Commerce (recommended by delaware digital) as its new commerce platform.
Using Virto Commerce as its OMS, implemented jointly with delaware digital and a five‑developer Hengdeli team, orders from Tmall and Hengdeli’s commerce platform are automatically synchronized into SAP, with product and inventory synchronization and the ability to push specific products to selected channels. The initial phase was completed in under three months (with an additional two months for further features); replatforming with Virto Commerce delivered improved product, order and inventory management, greater channel flexibility, and cost savings through automation.
