De Klok Dranken, a leading beverage distributor in the Netherlands with 175 employees and 3,500 customers, needed to replace an aging e-commerce platform that could no longer meet technical, cost and scalability requirements. Virto Commerce delivered a headless, extensible platform (backed by .NET Core, Azure SQL, Vue.js and Squidex CMS) that powers custom “sceneries” for each customer—personalized offers, margins, wish lists and order history—while improving site navigation and order flow. The new Virto Commerce solution has already raised customer satisfaction scores, is driving expected increases in loyalty and internal efficiency/time savings, and removes technical limits so the e-commerce channel can scale and deliver greater ROI as De Klok Dranken grows.
