Case Study: KW Parts achieves multi-regional ecommerce scale and faster storefront launches with Virto Commerce

A Virto Commerce Case Study

Preview of the KW Parts Case Study

Cadillac and KW Parts Boost Multi-Regional Sales with a Headless Platform Supporting 4M Products

KW Parts, a Swedish supplier of American vehicle components with a 4M‑item catalog serving 30 countries, needed to modernize its ecommerce architecture to support multi‑regional B2B and B2C storefronts, simplify product content enrichment, integrate with ERP and search, and improve conversion and checkout flows. To meet these challenges they engaged Virto Commerce and implementation partner Mardi Gras to replace their legacy stack with a headless, enterprise commerce solution (Virto’s Commerce Innovation Platform).

Virto Commerce delivered a headless, modular platform that centralized product management, integrated Elastic search, ERP, Briqpay payments and Umbraco CMS, and enabled separate KW Parts (B2B) and Cadillac Europe (B2C) storefronts; the Cadillac site went live three months after design approval. The Virto Commerce solution now powers 30 countries, supports EUR and SEK with localized content, delivers search under 1 second and average page loads of 2.5 seconds, and has improved UX, faster time‑to‑market and higher conversion potential across both brands.
