How Netic Delivered Performance Insights With Virtana

Netic, an Aalborg-based managed application operations provider, was struggling to efficiently deliver top value to customers due to limited scalability and complexity in its monitoring stack. To address the need for end-to-end infrastructure monitoring and cost-effective scalability, Netic selected Virtana and its monitoring platform (leveraging the Virtana Integration architecture) to support critical clients including JYSK and MedCom.

Virtana implemented a scalable monitoring solution that enables segregation of duties, real-time pinpointing and highlighting of problems, and a seamless integration with Atlassian Jira (including a dashboard showing active incidents). As a result, Virtana helped Netic replace legacy tools, improve operational efficiency, and reliably monitor both applications and underlying infrastructure across its customer base.
