The solution automated incident data ingestion into ServiceNow, eliminated time‑consuming manual CMDB updates, improved alignment between ITOps and ITSM teams, and accelerated response to service disruptions—enabling Central 1 to share relevant information seamlessly and resolve outages more efficiently.
