WEX Health Raises the Bar for Uptime with Virtana Service Observability

Wex Health, a cloud-based healthcare financial management provider, needed a Google Cloud–hosted monitoring solution that would let engineers focus on core work while meeting demanding uptime expectations (five 9s). To avoid the overhead of deploying and maintaining monitoring tools in-house, Wex Health turned to Virtana and its Service Observability (cloud monitoring/ZaaS) offering for an automatically updated, supported platform.

Virtana implemented its Service Observability platform with VMware vCenter integration, enhanced Windows monitoring (WinRM), and a GKE ZenPack for Kubernetes observability, allowing VM monitoring to be provisioned directly from vCenter. The solution improved workflows, delivered significant cost savings by eliminating in-house monitoring support, strengthened Windows and Kubernetes visibility, and let Wex Health concentrate on core engineering and customer value while collaborating with Virtana on ongoing improvements.
