The Honor Foundation, a transition readiness institute helping U.S. military special operations personnel move into civilian careers, needed a way to scale its professional development program beyond the limits of its in-person classrooms and campus locations. As demand grew and its community was spread around the world, the organization turned to Virbela’s virtual learning environment to overcome access and capacity constraints.

With Virbela, The Honor Foundation built a tailored virtual world that mirrored its physical campus, including classrooms, presentation halls, social spaces, interview rooms, and group activity areas. The result was four virtual campuses, 150 mentors, and the ability to impact 65,000 lives, giving THF the scale and flexibility to deliver training worldwide.
